The style of this watch reflects the progressive technical and design innovation within the Seiko Astron collection. This is evident in the vibrant highlight colors and the unique embossed pattern on the dial. The watch is charged by sunlight and electric light.
The watch is powered by Seiko's 5X caliber, which has advanced functionality. Each individual GPS module has been redesigned to make it faster and more intuitive than ever before. Thanks to a system that aligns the hour, minute and second hands moved independently of each other, 14 hours can be changed from Tokyo to New York time in just three seconds.
The functions allow easy adaptation to the
mm so the wearer can switch the main dial from home time to local time and vice versa in an instant. When adjustment to a different time zone is required, a simple press of a button is all it takes and the hands move toward the exact local time faster than ever before.The additional silicone strap and the included box have the same accent colors as the watch itself.

I had been considering this watch for several months with the intention of including it in a 3 or 4 watch rotation. As it turned out, I have been wearing it every day. It is a unique and beautiful timepiece that you must wear to appreciate.
Purchasing the watch from Steiner was a very good experience as well. The watch with the off-white dial was not in stock, but Anna contacted me immediately to offer an alternative. I decided to wait for this version to be ordered. Again, Anna followed up to let me know the status and shipped it promptly after she received it. I would definitely order from them again.
