EFTA States and third countries
Customs regulations & shipping conditions
Members of the European Free Trade Association EFTA are Norway, Liechtenstein, Switzerland and Iceland.
Outside the EU, depending on the destination country, there are additional fees in addition to the shipping costs - for example for customs clearance or import sales tax.
For orders from third countries or EFTA states, the net prices apply, these are only displayed in the Juwelier Steiner online shop during the check-out process. This means that after the address has been entered, the net prices are displayed.
The following delivery conditions apply to orders in the Juwelier Steiner online shop:
Frankatur 20 (DAP): Free delivery, duty unpaid, untaxed - the sender only pays the freight, all other costs are borne by the importer.
Return Service
The goods can be returned within 2 weeks using the enclosed "return shipping label".
- Pack the goods back up securely
- Stick the return label on the package
- Bring the parcel to a nearby GLS /DHL Parcel Shop
