Standard Shipping
From an order value of 99 EUR we deliver free shipping in Austria and to Germany. The delivery is carried out by our partners at Österreichische Post, DPD, or DHL. After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking code and can track your package at any time, and, if necessary, also reroute it or specify a different desired address.
For orders from Austria and Germany under 99,00 Euro we charge shipping fees between €5.90 and €9.90.
For shipments outside of Austria, the following shipping costs apply to every order, regardless of the value of the goods:

Jeweler Steiner Express Shipping
Juwelier Steiner also offers express shipping. For orders and simultaneous payment of in-stock items placed by 08:00 AM, we guarantee delivery of the product by 12:00 noon the following day. Applies only to in-stock products, i.e. products with a delivery time of “available immediately 1-3 days”.
Goods that are not in stock are shipped as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. The goods are sent via express delivery and reach the recipient within 1-2 days. You will receive your delivery on a guaranteed delivery date and can track your shipment with a tracking code, and if necessary, redirect it or select another desired address.
The goods are delivered by our partners Post.at or DHL Austria.

Germany DHL Express Shipping: 35,00EUR
Notice regarding delivery: Österreichische Post and DHL deliver from Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
Note on Ordering: 'Immediately available' items are delivered with the 'Express Shipping' option within 1-2 days. For all other items that have a longer delivery time, shipping will be extended.
