From a order value of 99 EUR we deliver free shipping in Austria and Germany. The delivery is made by our partners Austrian Post, GLS or DHL. You will receive a tracking code after your order has been shipped and you can track your package at any time and, if necessary, redirect it or specify another desired address.
For orders from Austria and Germany under 99.00 euros we charge shipping costs of 5.90€ or .€9,90.
When shipping outside of Austria, the following shipping costs apply to every order, regardless of the value of the goods:

We will ship goods that are not in stock as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. The goods will be sent with express shipping and will be with the recipient within 1-2 days. You will receive your delivery on a guaranteed delivery date and can track your shipment using the tracking code and, if necessary, also redirect it or select another desired address.
The goods will be delivered by our partners Post.at or DHL Austria.
Costs at Juwelier Steiner Express shipping:
Austria EMS shipping with Austria Post: 20,00 EUR
Germany DHL Express shipping: 35,00 EUR
Note on delivery: Austrian Post and DHL deliver from Monday to Saturday. There is no delivery on Sundays or public holidays.
Note on ordering: You will receive "immediately available" items within 1-2 days with the "express shipping" option. Shipping is extended for all other items that have a longer delivery time.
