Warranty conditions for watches:
- The following watch brands are guaranteed for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase (date on the guarantee certificate filled out by us):
Alpina, Aristo, Bison, Bruno Söhnle, CvZ, Certina, Daniel Wellington, Frédérique Constant, Festina, Fieseler, Ingersoll, Iron Annie, Jacques Lemans, Junghans, Junkers, Meister, Mido, Oris, Orient, Sinn, Seiko, Tag Heuer, U-Boat, Union Glashütte, Zeppelin

The international guarantee covers material and manufacturing defects that already existed when the purchased watch was handed over ("defects"). During the guarantee period and upon presentation of the valid guarantee certificate, you have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge. Should the repairs prove unsuitable for restoring the watch to normal use, we guarantee replacement with a watch with identical or similar characteristics. The replacement watch is warranted to expire twenty-four (24) or thirty-six (36) (as listed above) months from the date of purchase of the replaced watch. This manufacturer's warranty excludes: battery life; normal wear and tear from wear and aging (e.g. scratched glass; changes in color and/or material of non-metallic straps and chains such as leather, textile, rubber; flaking gold plating); all damage to watch parts caused by abnormal / improper handling, lack of care, accidents (impacts, dents, fractures, broken glass), improper use of the watch and non-observance of the enclosed instructions for use; indirect or consequential damage of any kind resulting from e.g. use, standstill, defects or inaccurate functioning of the watch
Guarantee conditions for jewellery:
- A warranty period of 24 months applies to the following jewelery brands from the date of purchase:
Collection Ruesch, Steiner Basic, Ti Sento, Palido, Humphrey, Meister
Apart from those cases in which there is a legal right to conversion, we reserve the right to fulfill the warranty claim through improvement, exchange or price reduction at our discretion. The transferee must always prove that the defect already existed at the time of handover. The goods must be examined immediately after delivery. Defects found in the process must also be reported to the seller immediately, but no later than 5 days after delivery, stating the nature and extent of the defect. Hidden defects must be reported immediately after their discovery. If a notice of defects is not raised or not raised in good time, the goods are deemed to have been approved. The assertion of warranty or damage claims as well as the right to contest errors due to defects are excluded in these cases. The warranty period for movable items is 24 months from delivery/service.
