Shorten and adjust watch strap

Do you have a watch with a steel strap or ceramic strap at home that doesn't fit? We adjust the band to your wrist!

Watch straps made of steel/ceramic we are happy to shorten individually on request!

How it works:

1. Take a tape measure and measure the circumference of your wrist
2. Pack the watch well!!!
   Make sure that the watch survives the transport well. We recommend putting the watch in its original packaging or at least in a box. Put sufficient material such as newspaper or similar in the box.
3. Send watch!

How much does it cost to shorten a watch strap?

If you bought the watch in the Juwelier Steiner online shop or directly on site, the adjustment is of course  free! Simply enclose the invoice with the watch.

Shortening a watch strap costs around €15.00 at Juwelier Steiner (not including shipping costs). For exact pricing, inquirehere!

Watch battery change

Of course you can also send us your watch at any time and we will change the battery for you.
