Robust and Durable

The automatic movement Citizen/MIYOTA 9015 from the traditional Japanese manufacturer comes from the premium 90s line and is known for its robustness. The movement can be viewed through the glass back and gives this model its excellent value for money.

Outstanding Functionality

The unidirectional rotating bezel and the screwed, knurled crown make the watch ready for all situations. The highlight is the excellent night readability, which is achieved on the beige version by a fully luminous dial and on the blue sunburst dial by large luminous numerals and hands.

Superb Service and Excellent Product

This watch represented my first foray into owning a mechanical watch as well as my first time ordering an item internationally as Zeppelin is not a major player in the U.S. market.
My first attempt, from a competitor of Steiner, resulted in a long delay, and eventually, a lost package. I reordered from Steiner because the staff took the time to call and detail their process and their choice of shippers (Fedex). Later, when my watch was slightly delayed state-side, staff at Steiner entertained my concerns and went above and beyond to assure me that they had handled all aspects of the shipment promptly and properly. This went a long way to assuage my fears of a further lost package.
The product itself was as described, competitively priced, and packaged very well. While I did pay a little more (tariffs) for this watch, I confess that I am willing to pay a little more in order to support a family business, which I understand Steiner is, as well as to receive excellent service which Steiner provides in spades. I will be returning for a future purchase(s) and I thank the staff at Steiner once again for their adherence to a value that, unfortunately, so many retailers in my home country have lost; that being excellent customer service and exceptional professionalism.

I am happy with the watch and smooth FedEx process. Though fedEx did bill me for the tariff and their handling of it. The watchband didn't accommodate my rather thin wrist, but that's normal for me. A watchband shop in Lindon's Piccadilly Arcade added the needed hole, and all is well.

What is the guarantee on watches and jewelry?

As an official concessionaire, we offer the manufacturer's guarantee for all our brands. A 24-month guarantee applies to watches, including brands such as Alpina, Certina, Seiko and Oris. The guarantee period for jewelry is also 24 months and applies, for example, to collections from Collection Ruesch, Steiner Basic, Palido and Humphrey. The guarantee covers material and manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, improper handling or damage caused by external influences are excluded.
