With the Prospex Speedtimer SSC959P1, Seiko presents a strictly limited special edition designed exclusively for the European market. The watch is a tribute to the heritage of the legendary Seiko Speedtimer from 1969 – the world’s first automatic chronograph with column wheel and vertical clutch – combining iconic design with modern technology.
Inspired by European motorsport history
The finely textured dial is inspired by the golden shimmer of vintage 1960s vehicles and captures the feel of classic motorsport aesthetics. The design is as elegant as it is functional, with clear segmentation, excellent legibility, and a sporty-classic look that contemporizes the original’s design.
Solar technology and chronograph function
Inside works the solar caliber V192, which offers a power reserve of up to 6 months when fully charged. The integrated chronograph measures up to 60 minutes in 1/5-second increments, complemented by a 24-hour display, small seconds, date display, and power reserve indicator. Overcharge prevention ensures maximum durability.

Für Schmuck beträgt die Gewährleistungsfrist ebenfalls 24 Monate und gilt beispielsweise für Kollektionen von Collection Ruesch, Steiner Basic, Palido und Humphrey. Die Garantie deckt Material- und Herstellungsfehler ab. Normale Abnutzung, unsachgemäße Behandlung oder Schäden durch äußere Einflüsse sind davon ausgeschlossen.
