As an official concessionaire, we offer the manufacturer's guarantee for all our brands. A 24-month guarantee applies to watches, including brands such as Alpina, Certina, Seiko and Oris. The guarantee period for jewelry is also 24 months and applies, for example, to collections from Collection Ruesch, Steiner Basic, Palido and Humphrey. The guarantee covers material and manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, improper handling or damage caused by external influences are excluded.

How can you return a product and is the return free?

Yes, returns are free of charge if the product does not meet your expectations, does not fit, you have used our sample ring service or you decide to purchase a different product from our range. Love the watch. Bit of a delay supplying but was kept informed by Juwelier Steiner. It was a surprise to me that additional taxes were payable for receiving the watch in the UK. I thought that less than clear when ordering but the gesture towards that cost by Juwelier Steiner was appreciated and overall I am very satisfied.
