All orders placed between November 18th, 2019 and December 19th, 2019 have an extended right of return until January 10th, 2020.
Within the scope of our service, we assume the costs of the return, should
- the product does not meet their expectations
- it doesn't fit
- use our sample ring service and send them back
- you choose another product from our range
To return your product:
- In Austria: use the "Retourenpaket" sticker included in the package and send it back to us conveniently with the Austrian Post
- In Germany: please use the "return label" included in the package, stick it on the package and bring it to one of the many GLS ParcelShops, our partner GLS will take care of everything. - In Switzerland: In the border area to Austria, the same procedure as in Germany. From areas in which GLS has no ParcelShops: contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone (+43 (0)4852 70956 and we will organize a return order.
