The Union Glashütte Belisar Chronograph Moonphase combines traditional watchmaking craftsmanship with timeless elegance. The round stainless steel case with a diameter of 42 mm is adorned by the characteristic screwed flanks of the Belisar collection. The chronograph mechanism is controlled by pushers, and a discreet corrector at 10 o'clock allows separate adjustment of the weekday. Double-sided anti-reflective sapphire crystal, water resistance up to 10 bar (100 m), and a calf leather strap with crocodile embossing and contrast stitching complete the exclusive design.
Aesthetics of the moon and diverse calendar functions
The finely crafted golden moon moves across the gray dial against a dark blue firmament. Calendar functions such as the date, day of the week, and month are elegantly presented by a central hand with a crescent-shaped tip. The chronograph counters at 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock are cleverly integrated into the design and house the 30-minute counter and the 12-hour counter. The small seconds share the counter with a 24-hour display at 9 o'clock. A blued central stopwatch hand allows precise short-time measurements.
