Description
Mido Commander Datoday - Iconic design with modern watchmaking technology
Timeless line with over 60 years of history
The Commander Datoday embodies Mido’s distinctive style and represents a successful blend of tradition and innovation. For decades, the Commander has been one of the brand’s iconic models – this version reinterprets the classic design in a modern way.
Clear lines, balanced proportions, and high-quality materials make this watch a stylish companion for every day.
Characterful dial with Day-Date
The finely satin-finished dial is elegantly framed by a stepped flange, giving the watch additional depth.
Newly designed hands and applied indices with Super-LumiNova ensure excellent readability, while the characteristic Day-Date display highlights functionality in everyday life.
The overall look remains classic but also appears fresh and modern at the same time.
Iconic case with clear design language
The stainless steel case takes up the typical shape of the Commander and combines satin-finished and polished surfaces into a harmonious overall look.
The integrated crown blends discreetly into the design and emphasizes the clear lines. The anti-reflective sapphire crystal provides optimal visibility of the dial and reliably protects against scratches.
Powerful Caliber 80
Inside works the Caliber 80, a modern automatic movement with an impressive power reserve of up to 80 hours.
This extended autonomy offers real added value in everyday life and ensures the watch continues to run reliably even after a longer pause.
Nivachron™ for more precision and durability
The integrated Nivachron™ balance spring significantly improves resistance to magnetic fields, temperature fluctuations, and shocks.
The result is increased precision and long-term reliability – an important factor for daily use.
