The sides and inner surfaces of the hoop earrings are polished, the outer surfaces are matte, and the edges are rounded. This makes the diamond earrings feel soft and smooth. The earrings are very light and therefore particularly comfortable to wear.

The diamond earrings are precisely crafted, the post snaps into the counterpart when closing. This keeps the hoop securely closed. The hoops from Humphrey are a classic piece of jewelry!

What is the guarantee on watches and jewelry?

As an official concessionaire, we offer the manufacturer's guarantee for all our brands. A 24-month guarantee applies to watches, including brands such as Alpina, Certina, Seiko and Oris. The guarantee period for jewelry is also 24 months and applies, for example, to collections from Collection Ruesch, Steiner Basic, Palido and Humphrey. The guarantee covers material and manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, improper handling or damage caused by external influences are excluded.

How can you return a product and is the return free?

Yes, returns are free of charge if the product does not meet your expectations, does not fit, you have used our sample ring service or you decide to purchase a different product from our range.
