Within the framework of the Steiner-Juwelier Service, we cover the costs of the return shipment, should

• the product does not meet your expectations.
• it doesn't fit.
• You use our sample ring service and send them back.
• Should you decide on a different product from our range.

To return your product:

In view of the high paper consumption, saving paper is an important contribution to environmental protection. Therefore, we no longer include a return label with every order. We ask for your understanding.

• Austria: Please contact us by email (office@steiner-juwelier.at) or by phone (+43 (0)4852 70956) and we will send you a free return label from Austrian Post.
• Germany: Contact us via email (office@steiner-juwelier.at) or by phone (+43 (0)4852 70956) and we will send you a free DPD return label. 
• Switzerland: In the border area with Austria, the same procedure as in Germany applies. Please contact us by email (office@steiner-juwelier.at) or by telephone (+43 (0)4852 70956) and we will arrange a pickup order.
• other countries: Please get in touch with us by email (office@steiner-juwelier.at) or by phone (+43 (0)4852 70956) and we will arrange a pickup order.
