I recently ordered a Certina DS Action Diver 40.5mm online, and I have to say that the entire experience was exceptional.

First, the watch itself is fantastic. The DS Action Diver is one of those watches that makes you wonder how Certina delivers this much quality for the money. At 40.5mm, the proportions are excellent, it feels substantial without being oversized, and the overall fit and finish are outstanding. It has all the credentials of a serious Swiss diver, yet it’s refined enough to wear every day.

But as impressed as I am with the Certina, the real reason I’m writing this review is the store.

Buying a watch online can easily become an impersonal experience: place the order, receive an automated confirmation, and wait for a box to arrive.

That was absolutely not the experience here.

From the moment I placed my order, the level of communication, professionalism and attention to the customer was exceptional. Even though the entire purchase was done online, they managed to make the experience feel personal. That’s increasingly rare, and it deserves to be recognized.

I’ve purchased enough watches to know that the retailer can make just as much difference as the watch itself. A great dealer doesn’t simply sell you something — they make you feel confident about where you chose to spend your money and make you want to come back.

This store accomplished exactly that.

The Certina DS Action Diver 40.5mm is an outstanding watch and tremendous value, but the service I received is what turned a great purchase into a memorable one.

Watch was shipped very quickly and transaction was flawless. I would definitely buy from this shop again.
The only reason I am not giving five stars is outside the control of Juwelier Steiner. From the photos on the Certina website I was hoping there would be a sunburst effect on the dial but it is lacquer.
