Certina DS-2 - new standards in terms of resistance
The new DS 2 collection from Certina revives the models first introduced in the 1960s. The new DS-2 are a true innovation in watchmaking. The Powermatic caliber automatic movement has a power reserve of up to 80 hours and is equipped with a Swiss-made hairspring made of Nivachron™. The titanium base of the hairspring ensures high resistance to magnetic fields. The watch strap made of #tide ocean material® not only looks great, it is also very robust and durable. But not only that - it also serves a good cause. The high-quality yarn from which this textile strap is made comes from plastic pollution that has been fished out of the sea and collected on beaches.
