The Humphrey Heart from the Alps - affectionately called the Alpine Heart - was designed by Norbert Muerrle. It is cool, sexy, attractive, desirable and chic. The ear studs have a matte surface. They are lightweight. The design generously covers the ear hole.
The ear stud patent - we call it O-Pop - was developed and protected by Humphrey. It contains a spring inside that stays securely in place even after years. The size is perfect so that you can hold the piece well, but not too big to be noticeable. A spherical recess ensures that the pin of the ear stud automatically finds its way into the hole.
Humphrey offers a 2-year guarantee on the secure hold of pins and patents when properly treated. However, the lifespan is unlimited. Most of the jewelry ever produced by Humphrey is still worn.
