The Humphrey Heart from the Alps - affectionately called the Alpine Heart - was designed by Norbert Muerrle. It is cool, sexy, attractive, desirable and chic. The earrings have a matte surface.
The diamonds are set using a classic setting technique that was further developed by Humphrey for stainless steel. A "bed" is milled into the piece of jewelry for the diamond. The diamond is then precisely calibrated. This diamond is then placed in the setting bed and a little material is placed over the edge of the stone. In the picture you can see a small ring around the diamond. The diamond is now securely set in the piece of jewelry.
The ear stud patent - we call it O-Pop - was developed and protected by Humphrey. It contains a spring inside that stays securely in place even after years. The size is perfect so that you can hold the piece well, but not too big to be noticeable. A spherical recess ensures that the pin of the ear stud automatically finds its way into the hole.
Humphrey offers a 2-year guarantee on the gemstone's safety when properly treated. However, the lifespan is unlimited. Most of the jewelry pieces ever produced by Humphrey are still worn.

The 4 C's are important for diamonds. Diamonds are assessed at 10x magnification:
- Carat (weight): In this piece of jewellery, the diamonds weigh 0.03 ct each (2
- Color: The diamonds we use are F or Top Wesselton color
- Clearity: Humphrey generally uses VS stones. VS stands for very small inclusions that are barely visible to the naked eye
- Cut: For us, this is the most important C. This determines whether the diamond sparkles in normal light or is poor. Manufacturers often cut corners here. Humphrey only uses diamonds that are excellently cut.
Humphrey is careful to only buy diamonds from suppliers who comply with the United Nations Resolutions. This is why we can guarantee that our diamonds are not affected by any conflicts.

Insgesamt bin ich mit der Uhr sehr zufrieden.
Lieferung dauerte knapp 1 Woche. Das ist für die Vorweihnachtszeit und die Entfernung in Ordnung. Die Lieferung erfolgte mit DPD. Zwischenzeitlich etwas verwirrend hieß es, die Sendung konnte nicht zugestellt werden und geht zurück zum Versender. Zum Glück eine Fehlinformation.
Vermutstropfen war nur, dass die Batterie der Uhr leer war.
Inzwischen läuft die Uhr problemlos.
Ich empfehle Juwelier Steiner trotzdem uneingeschränkt. Daumen hoch.

Paket war unbeschädigt.
Uhr sieht im Original besser aus, auf den Fotos.
Wäre schön wenn gleich ein Leder-Band als Alternative mit angeboten würde.
