Bauhaus Quartz 2130-2 – Refined and unmistakable
The new Bauhaus brand celebrates the incorporation of the Bauhaus building of the former VEB Uhrenwerke Ruhla and the watch assembly located there into the family-run watch company POINTtec. The building, in which the watch brands ZEPPELIN and IRON ANNIE have been produced for decades, was built in 1929 in the Bauhaus style according to designs by the famous Jena architects Schreiter & Schlag. Bauhaus watches, manufactured in the company's own Bauhaus building!
The Ref. 2130-2 “Small Seconds” model exudes minimalist elegance and, on closer inspection, shines through numerous details such as the black dial with curvature, the two-tone hands and the slim lugs on the particularly flat and supple case made of polished stainless steel. The Swiss Ronda 6004.D quartz movement and the elegantly rounded, specially hardened K1 safety glass also meet the highest quality standards.
The strap of the watch is an artistically handcrafted Italian leather strap in black, with "Bauhaus" embossing and a length of 20 cm.
