Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Why is my radio-controlled watch wrong?
Thanks to the radio signal, a radio-controlled watch should actually work exactly to the second. Sometimes the radio-controlled watch does not set itself and shows the wrong time, this can have various reasons:
* The battery is too weak. This can happen especially with inexpensive models. Change the battery!
* Is the correct time zone set?
* Are there electrical devices nearby that might interfere with the signal?
* Does the watch have sufficient reception? Check the reception signal!
Checked everything and the radio-controlled watch still does not work? Contact us, we will help you!

How is a radio-controlled watch set?
A radio-controlled watch does not need to be set manually. The radio-controlled watch sets itself and receives its signal from Frankfurt. Most radio-controlled watches in Western Europe and thus also Austria and Germany receive their signal from the so-called time signal transmitter DCF77 from Frankfurt.
