About Yuto Horigome
Yuto Horigome, born on January 7, 1999, in Tokyo, Japan, began his skateboarding journey at the age of six, inspired by his father. Even as a child, he perfected his skills on halfpipes and won numerous national competitions in Japan early on. After graduating from high school, he moved to the USA, where he further developed and became a star of the Street League Skateboarding (SLS) – the most prestigious skateboarding competition series in the world. With three victories at SLS events in 2018, Horigome firmly established himself as one of the leading figures in skateboarding. In 2024, he made history again by winning another major international victory for Japan.
