The Twister series was created in collaboration between Humphrey and the designer Norbert Muerrle. The earrings are very light and therefore particularly comfortable to wear.

Humphrey uses freshwater pearls of exceptionally high quality. The pearls are almost perfectly round, have a particularly shiny luster, and show hardly any spots.

Every pearl is a natural product and as unique as its wearer.

What is the guarantee on watches and jewelry?

As an official concessionaire, we offer the manufacturer's guarantee for all our brands. A 24-month guarantee applies to watches, including brands such as Alpina, Certina, Seiko and Oris. The guarantee period for jewelry is also 24 months and applies, for example, to collections from Collection Ruesch, Steiner Basic, Palido and Humphrey. The guarantee covers material and manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, improper handling or damage caused by external influences are excluded.

How can you return a product and is the return free?

Yes, returns are free of charge if the product does not meet your expectations, does not fit, you have used our sample ring service or you decide to purchase a different product from our range.
