Guarantee conditions at watches:

- A guarantee of 24 months applies to the following watch brands (date in the guarantee certificate completed by us):

Alpina, Bruno Söhnle, CVZ, Certina, Frédérique Constant, Festina, Ingersoll, Iron Annie, Junkers, Mido, Raymond Weil, Oris, Seiko, U-Boat, Union Glashütte, Zeppelin

Ensible to guarantee provisions under the horny manufacturer's side

The international guarantee includes material and manufacturing errors, which already existed when the clock acquired ("error"). During the guarantee period and when the valid guarantee certificate is given, you have the right to have every error repaired free of charge. If the repairs to restore the normal use proceed as unsuitable, we guarantee the replacement by a watch with identical or similar features. The guarantee for the replacement clock ends twenty -four (24) or thirty -six (36) (see list above) months after the purchase date of the replaced clock. Apart from those cases in which the right to change is entitled to change, we reserve the right to meet the warranty claim at our choice by improvement, exchange or reduction in price. The transfers must always prove that the deficiency was already available at the time of handover. The goods must be examined immediately after delivery. Defects found must also be announced immediately, but at the latest within 5 days of delivery, with the announcement of the type and scope of the defect. Covered defects must be complained about immediately after their discovery. If a complaint is not levied or not collected in time, the goods are considered approved. In these cases, the assertion of warranty or compensation claims as well as the right to error attachment due to defects. The warranty period for movable things is 24 months from delivery/performance.
