The quality timepiece from Carl von Zeyten presents itself as simple and elegant. The dial was deliberately designed to be minimalist. The stainless steel watch with a diameter of 46mm is protected by a mineral glass. For ideal wearing comfort, a leather strap is provided, and to ensure the watch withstands the stresses of everyday life, it is made of 316L stainless steel.

What is the guarantee on watches and jewelry?

As an official concessionaire, we offer the manufacturer's guarantee for all our brands. A 24-month guarantee applies to watches, including brands such as Alpina, Certina, Seiko and Oris. The guarantee period for jewelry is also 24 months and applies, for example, to collections from Collection Ruesch, Steiner Basic, Palido and Humphrey. The guarantee covers material and manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, improper handling or damage caused by external influences are excluded.

How can you return a product and is the return free?

Yes, returns are free of charge if the product does not meet your expectations, does not fit, you have used our sample ring service or you decide to purchase a different product from our range. To arrange a return, please contact us by email at office@steiner-juwelier.at or by phone at +43 (0) 4852 70956 . We will then send you a free return label.
