Bauhaus automatic 2162-2 – Refined and unmistakable

The new Bauhaus brand celebrates the incorporation of the Bauhaus building of the former VEB Uhrenwerke Ruhla and the watch assembly located there into the family-run watch company POINTtec. The building, in which the watch brands ZEPPELIN and IRON ANNIE have been produced for decades, was built in 1929 in the Bauhaus style according to designs by the famous Jena architects Schreiter & Schlag. Bauhaus watches, manufactured in the company's own Bauhaus building!

The automatic models Ref. 2162-2 have a special feature with the big day display at 12 o'clock, which fits in perfectly with the minimalist design of the series. The anthracite colored sunburst dial, the two-tone hands, the rounded case and glass give this watch an impression of quality and elegance and make it the icing on the cake for every look. Polished stainless steel, extra scratch-resistant K1 safety glass and a movement from the traditional Japanese manufacturer Citizen/MIYOTA, which can be viewed through the glass back, fulfill the promise of the highest quality.

The strap of the watch is an artistically handcrafted Italian leather strap with "Bauhaus" embossing and a length of 20 cm.
