This new brand and the new Bauhaus watches celebrate the incorporation of the Bauhaus building of the former VEB Uhrenwerke Ruhla and the watch assembly housed therein in Ruhla, Thuringia, into the family business POINTtec. The building, in which the watch brands ZEPPELIN and IRON ANNIE have been produced for decades, was built in 1929 in the Bauhaus style based on designs by the famous Jena architectural firm Schreiter & Schlag and is now considered one of Ruhla's most important listed cultural monuments.
