With the limited "Große Sekunde," Union Glashütte honors the 180th birthday of Johannes Dürrstein, combining masterful Glashütte watchmaking with timeless design. The model references the celebrated design of the 175th anniversary edition and brings it into a new era – distinctive, balanced, special.
Design & Dial
The taupe-colored dial plays with textures: finely grained on the outside, sandblasted on the inside. The unusual layout with the large seconds at 9 o’clock and hours/minutes at 3 o’clock creates visual tension. Blued hands, applied indices, and a silver-finished dial area provide classic elegance with a fresh character.

Collection 1893
Since 1893, timepieces have been made in Glashütte under the name Union. The eponymous collection draws on classic design elements – inspired by pocket watches, with railway minute tracks, lacquered dials, and blued hands. The Große Sekunde is a modern interpretation of this tradition.

Für Schmuck beträgt die Gewährleistungsfrist ebenfalls 24 Monate und gilt beispielsweise für Kollektionen von Collection Ruesch, Steiner Basic, Palido und Humphrey. Die Garantie deckt Material- und Herstellungsfehler ab. Normale Abnutzung, unsachgemäße Behandlung oder Schäden durch äußere Einflüsse sind davon ausgeschlossen.
