Beautiful dress watch with an exquisite dial. The light blue looks brilliant in brilliant in day time. At night the hour is difficult to read. But is a fantastic dress watch.

Absolutely love the looks of this watch It has been on my radar for years, and I finally made the jump and bought it. I like the clean look os the smooth bezel, combined with the the sub-dials, which makes the watch interesting to look at, and gives some nice details. Its s brilliant combination of a clean look with interesting details.

I didn’t realize that after receiving my watch I would receive a bill from Fed Ex for over $ 144. It would have changed my choice of where I ordered the watch had I known of additional charges.

This watch represented my first foray into owning a mechanical watch as well as my first time ordering an item internationally as Zeppelin is not a major player in the U.S. market.
My first attempt, from a competitor of Steiner, resulted in a long delay, and eventually, a lost package. I reordered from Steiner because the staff took the time to call and detail their process and their choice of shippers (Fedex). Later, when my watch was slightly delayed state-side, staff at Steiner entertained my concerns and went above and beyond to assure me that they had handled all aspects of the shipment promptly and properly. This went a long way to assuage my fears of a further lost package.
The product itself was as described, competitively priced, and packaged very well. While I did pay a little more (tariffs) for this watch, I confess that I am willing to pay a little more in order to support a family business, which I understand Steiner is, as well as to receive excellent service which Steiner provides in spades. I will be returning for a future purchase(s) and I thank the staff at Steiner once again for their adherence to a value that, unfortunately, so many retailers in my home country have lost; that being excellent customer service and exceptional professionalism.
The watch arrived safely after traveling from Germany without issues. The watch is beautiful, and works with high precision. I will continue to look to Steiner Jewelry for more Seiko Presage timepieces.
A stunning turquoise dial with a clean design. It's also running reliably at about +5 seconds per day. It's a great everyday summertime watch!

I ordered the coveted Seiko Tomioka Silk HCC008 from this Austrian Jeweler. From Austria to the USA? It was nerve-wracking whether this was a legit place or not (their family pic was good) but I took my chance. 2 Days later, FEDEX tracking was provided. And in about a week, it was delivered by FEDEX. I was away but when I got home, I opened the box to see that the watch was not only a brand new condition with thin stickers on, they even packed Seiko 145th chopsticks that came with it. Thank you for carefully packing the watch and it was a great business. I had to pay extra FedEx import fee to Fedex. But I do not mind at all.
