We have named this pendant (designed by Norbert Muerrle) Timeless at 9. 9 because of the position of the diamond.

The pendant is matte. All edges are softened and feel smooth. Humphrey uses nickel-free stainless steel. The profile is round at the back and flat at the front. It measures 3.5mm and in diameter 20mm .

The diamond is held in place by the force (tension) of the stainless steel pendant. It appears to literally float. To ensure this, two notches in the shape of the diamond are made using computer-controlled machines.

Humphrey has perfected this setting technique since the mid-1990s and, if treated properly, offers a 2-year guarantee that the gemstone will stay securely in place. However, the lifespan is unlimited. Most of the jewelry ever produced by Humphrey is still worn.

The integrated necklace is a delicate 0.5mm Stainless steel rope that fits perfectly around the neck. The clasp is equipped with a push button and is therefore very easy to open and close - and securely closed.

The 4 C's are important for diamonds. Diamonds are assessed at 10x magnification:

- Carat (weight): In this piece of jewellery the diamond weighs 0.06 ct. (2.5mm Diameter)

- Color: The diamonds we use are F or Top Wesselton color

- Clearity: Humphrey generally uses VS stones. VS stands for very small inclusions that are barely visible to the naked eye

- Cut: For us, this is the most important C. This determines whether the diamond sparkles in normal light or is poor. Manufacturers often cut corners here. Humphrey only uses diamonds that are excellently cut.

Humphrey is careful to only buy diamonds from suppliers who comply with the United Nations Resolutions. This is why we can guarantee that our diamonds are not affected by any conflicts.
