When the first Alpina 10 Super Compressor diver's watch was introduced in 1969, two crowns were used, one to control the internal
rotating bezel that measured elapsed time on a scale from 1 to 60 minutes. The "Seastrong" was waterproof up to 200 m, antimagnetic and
had the characteristic super-supercharger body. To honor this historic collection, Alpina has been launching the "Seastrong Diver Heritage" since 2016.

Adapted to modern standards, the new Alpina Seastrong Diver Heritage features a 42 mm bronze-colored PVD stainless steel case with two screw-down crowns at 2 and 4 o'clock. The upper crown has a grid-like pattern and is used to adjust the rotating inner dive bezel, while the lower
Crown is used to set the time and date. The men's watch is of course waterproof: the watch withstands water pressure of up to 30 bar, which corresponds to a diving depth of 300 m / 1000ft.

The Alpina men's retro watch uses an AL525 caliber automatic movement based on a Sellita SW 200 movement modified by Alpina. T his is a 26 jewel self-winding caliber with a power reserve of 38 hours and a frequency of 28,800/h. Available with a sleek brown color dial, a brown or cream inner bezel with brown or beige markers, a date window at 4 o'clock, rose gold plated indexes and hands with white luminous coating. Overall, the watch shows great accuracy and a retro look, making it a timeless everyday watch.
