DS-2 Cronografo Automatico: Da generazione a generazione
Il nuovo cronografo di Certina è ispirato a un orologio che si è trovato – letteralmente – all’avanguardia del suo tempo. Il predecessore del DS-2 Cronografo Automatico ha dimostrato le sue qualità durante una spettacolare spedizione sul Monte Everest. Il nuovo modello trasferisce questo spirito d’avventura nel XXI secolo, con un design vintage sportivo-elegante e tecnologia al silicio. Così il know-how di allora viene trasmesso con stile alla generazione successiva.

Il DS-2 Chronolympic era l’emblema della resistenza e della precisione affidabile. Nel 1970 fece scalpore: cinque modelli accompagnarono una spedizione giapponese sulla vetta più alta della Terra. Ma non finisce qui. Durante la discesa, l’orologio al polso di Yuichiro Miura scese sugli sci per 2.000 metri con velocità fino a 160 km/h. Questa avventura audace è stata immortalata in un documentario premiato con un Oscar: “The Man Who Skied Down Everest” (“Discesa a tutta velocità dal Monte Everest”).
Un degno successore: il nuovo DS-2 Cronografo Automatico
Il nuovo DS-2 non teme il confronto con il celebre predecessore. La sua cassa a forma di tonneau (43,3 mm x 40,5 mm) in acciaio inossidabile con rivestimento PVD color oro è direttamente ispirata al modello degli anni ’70. Il quadrante presenta il piccolo secondo alle 9, il contatore dei 30 minuti alle 3, una finestra della data alle 6 e una scala tachimetrica. Indici e lancette color oro con rivestimento Super-LumiNova® completano il design retrò dal forte contrasto. L’orologio è indossato con un cinturino in pelle bovina marrone con stampa coccodrillo oppure, in alternativa, è disponibile un modello in acciaio con quadrante blu scuro arricchito da elementi bianchi, gialli e rossi che aggiungono colore.
Meccanica all’avanguardia: carica automatica e spirale in silicio
All’interno dell’orologio batte un movimento che unisce tradizione meccanica e tecnologie moderne. Il calibro automatico offre una riserva di carica contemporanea di 68 ore e una spirale in silicio. Questo materiale high-tech innovativo non è solo antimagnetico e leggero, ma anche resistente alla corrosione e alle temperature. Di conseguenza, il movimento garantisce precisione costante e affidabilità a lungo termine – per la generazione di domani.

Für Schmuck beträgt die Gewährleistungsfrist ebenfalls 24 Monate und gilt beispielsweise für Kollektionen von Collection Ruesch, Steiner Basic, Palido und Humphrey. Die Garantie deckt Material- und Herstellungsfehler ab. Normale Abnutzung, unsachgemäße Behandlung oder Schäden durch äußere Einflüsse sind davon ausgeschlossen.
