From a Order value of 99 EUR we deliver Free shipping in Austria and Germany. The delivery is delivered by our partners of the Austrian Post, DPD or DHL. You will receive a tracking code after sending your order and can track your package at any time and, if necessary, redirect or give another desired address.
For orders Austria and Germany below 99.00 euros we calculate shipping fees between € 5.90 or € 9.90.
When shipping outside of Austria, the following shipping costs, regardless of the value of the goods, will be available for every order:

Juwelier Steiner Express shipping
Juwelier Steiner Also offers express delivery. When ordering and simultaneously paying items by 8:00 a.m., we guarantee delivery of the product until 12:00 p.m. on the following day. Only applies to stored products, i.e. products with delivery time "immediately available 1-3 days".
We will send goods that are not in stock as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. The goods are sent with Express shipping and is at the recipient within 1-2 days. You will receive your delivery for a guaranteed delivery date and can track your shipment by tracking code and, if necessary, redirect or select another desired address.
The goods are delivered by our partners Post.at or DHL Austria.

Austria EMS Shipping with Austria Post: 20.00 EUR
Germany DHL Express Shipping: 35.00EUR
Note on delivery: The Austrian Post and DHL will apply from Monday to Friday. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
Note for ordering: "Express Shipping" option can be obtained within 1-2 days. Shipping is extended for all other articles that have a longer delivery time.
