From a order value of 99 EUR we deliver free shipping in Austria and Germany The delivery is carried out by our partners at the Austrian Post, DPD or DHL. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code and can track your package at any time and, if necessary, redirect it or specify a different address.
For orders from Austria and Germany under 99.00 euros we charge shipping fees between 5.90€ or 9.90€ .
For shipping outside Austria, the following shipping costs apply for every order, regardless of the value of the goods:

Juwelier Steiner Express Shipping
Juwelier Steiner also offers express shipping. If you order and pay for items in stock by 8:00 a.m., we guarantee delivery of the product by 12:00 p.m. the following day. Only applies to products in stock, i.e. products with delivery time “immediately available 1-3 days”.
We ship goods that are not in stock as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. The goods are sent by express delivery and reach the recipient within 1-2 days. You will receive your delivery on a guaranteed delivery date and can track your shipment using the tracking code and, if necessary, redirect it or select a different desired address.
The goods will be sent by our partners Post.at or DHL Austria.

Austria EMS shipping with Austria Post: 20.00 EUR
Germany DHL Express Shipping: 35,00EUR
Note on delivery : The Austrian Post and DHL deliver from Monday to Friday. There is no delivery on Sundays or public holidays.
