Als offizieller Konzessionär bieten wir die Herstellergarantie für alle unsere Marken an. Für Uhren gilt eine Garantie von 24 Monaten, unter anderem für Marken wie Alpina, Certina, Seiko oder Oris. Für Schmuck beträgt die Gewährleistungsfrist ebenfalls 24 Monate und gilt beispielsweise für Kollektionen von Collection Ruesch, Steiner Basic, Palido und Humphrey. Die Garantie deckt Material- und Herstellungsfehler ab. Normale Abnutzung, unsachgemäße Behandlung oder Schäden durch äußere Einflüsse sind davon ausgeschlossen.
Rücksendungen sind gemäß unseren Rückgabebedingungen möglich. Um eine Rücksendung zu veranlassen, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte per E-Mail unter support@steiner-juwelier.at oder telefonisch unter +43 (0) 4852 70956. Wir senden Ihnen anschließend die entsprechenden Informationen zur Rücksendung zu.
