For all orders between November 18, 2019 and December 19, 2019, an extended right of return applies until 10.01.2020.

 

In the framework of our service we cover the costs of the return, should

  • the product does not meet your expectations
  • do not fit it
  • Use our sample ring service and send them back
  • you choose another product from our offer

 

To send your product back:

  • In Austria: Use the "Returenpaket" sticker included in the package and send it conveniently with the Austrian Post back
  • In Germany: Please use the "return shipping label" included in the package, glue it to the package and bring it to one of the many GLS parcel shops, our partner GLS takes care of everything.
