EFTA States and Third Countries
Customs Determination & Shipping Conditions
Members of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) are Norway, Liechtenstein, Switzerland and Iceland.
Outside the EU, depending on the destination country, additional charges apply besides the shipping costs – for instance, for customs clearance or import VAT.
For orders from third countries or EFTA states, the net prices apply; these will only be displayed in the check-out process in the Juwelier Steiner online shop. This means that after the address is entered, the net prices are shown.
For orders in the Juwelier Steiner Onlineshop, the following delivery conditions apply:
Frankatur 20 (DAP): Delivered free, uncleared by customs, untaxed – the sender pays exclusively for the freight, all other costs are borne by the importer.
Return service
The goods can be returned within 2 weeks; for this purpose, the enclosed "Rückversand – Etikett" can be used.
- Pack the goods safely again
- Affix the return label to the package
- Bring package to a nearby DHL Paket Shop
