Information about the jewelry piece:
The Cube pendant with rope is elegant but wearable every day. It is delicate, comfortable to wear, and not to be overlooked because of the brilliant. It emphasizes the personality of the wearer.
The outer surfaces are matte. The inner surfaces are polished and thus reflect a lot of light. All edges are softened and feel smooth. Humphrey uses a nickel-free stainless steel. The weight is perfectly balanced – so the stone always faces forward.
The brilliant is held by the force (tension) of the setting. It seems to literally float. To ensure this, two notches in the shape of the brilliant are made using computer-controlled machines.
Humphrey has perfected this setting technique since the mid-90s and offers a 2-year warranty on the secure hold of the gemstone with proper care. However, the lifespan is unlimited. Most jewelry pieces ever produced by Humphrey are still worn today.
The integrated necklace is a delicate 0.5 mm stainless steel cable that fits perfectly around the neck. The clasp is equipped with a push button, making it very easy to open and close – and securely closed.
Brilliants:
The 4 C’s are important for brilliants. Diamonds are evaluated at 10x magnification:
- Carat (weight): In this piece of jewelry, the brilliant weighs 0.10 ct. (3 mm diameter)
- Color (Farbe): The diamonds we use have the color F or Top Wesselton.
- Clearity (Reinheit): Humphrey generally uses VS stones. VS stands for very small inclusions, which are hardly visible to the naked eye.
- Cut (Schliff): For us, the most important C. This determines whether the diamond sparkles in normal light or looks dull. Often manufacturers cut corners here. Humphrey uses only brilliant cuts that are excellently cut.
Humphrey ensures to buy diamonds only from suppliers who comply with the "United Nations Resolutions." Therefore, we can guarantee that our diamonds are free from any conflicts.
