The Mühle Glashütte S.A.R. Flieger-Chronograph was developed in close collaboration with the rescue pilots of the German Navy to withstand the most demanding conditions. This watch is not only a reliable companion but also a masterpiece of precision designed for pilots and professionals.
Robust design for the toughest conditions
The S.A.R. Flieger Chronograph is specifically designed for the challenges of air rescue. The case made of solid stainless steel with a diameter of 45 millimeters gives the watch an impressive robustness. Thanks to its water resistance of up to 10 bar (100 meters), it is also suitable for use under extreme conditions. The dial is protected by a 2.5 mm thick sapphire crystal, which ensures maximum durability.
Outstanding readability – day and night
The black dial of the S.A.R. Flieger chronograph is designed for optimal readability. The luminous hour markers and hands allow for clear visibility both day and night. For better differentiation, the chronograph functions are highlighted in a striking orange signal color, including the 10-second scale for precise short time measurements.
Precise automatic movement with woodpecker neck regulation
Inside the watch, the automatic movement MU 9413 operates, which is characterized by the highest accuracy. It features a patented spechthals regulation, the Glashütte three-quarter plate, as well as its own rotor. Other highlights include the stop seconds, the quick date correction, and an impressive power reserve of 48 hours. A transparent case back allows a view of the finely crafted movement.
