Bauhaus Quartz 2132-2 – Refined and unmistakable
The new brand Bauhaus celebrates the integration of the Bauhaus building of the former VEB Uhrenwerke Ruhla and the watch assembly located within it into the family-run watch company POINTtec. The building, where the watch brands ZEPPELIN and IRON ANNIE have been produced for decades, was built in 1929 according to designs by the famous Jena architectural firm Schreiter & Schlag in the Bauhaus style. Bauhaus watches, manufactured in the company-owned Bauhaus building!
The model Ref. 2132-2 "Small Second" exudes minimalist elegance and shines upon closer inspection with numerous details such as the black dial with curvature, the two-tone hands, and the slender lugs on the particularly flat and smooth case made of polished stainless steel. The highest quality standards are also met by the Swiss quartz movement Ronda 6004.D as well as the elegantly rounded, specially hardened K1 safety glass.
The bracelet of the watch is an artistically handcrafted Italian leather strap in corn color, with a "Bauhaus" embossing and a length of 20 cm.
