The Comm The Mido chronograph is now even more elegant and modern in a new special edition. For a luxurious look, rose gold-coloured elements are harmoniously combined with the racy dial with a satin-finished sunburst and a colour gradient from grey to anthracite. Thanks to the two interchangeable straps  –made of grey textile and dark brown leather in crocodile look  – the look of the watch can be customized as desired. With this urban yet elegant chronograph, every moment of the day becomes unique. The high-precision Caliber 60 movement offers a range of useful functions: chronograph, day and date, as well as an excellent power reserve of up to 60 hours.

The Architecture of a Style

The unmistakable lines of the Comm ander collection are intended as Homm age Mido is reminiscent of the unique silhouette of the Eiffel Tower. The satin-finished case is accentuated by a fine bezel; its curves echo the arches of the monument. The rectangular hands and indexes with polished metal rods are reminiscent of the iron mesh of the Eiffel Tower. With this timeless aesthetic, the Comm other for more than six decades: the Mido collection has been produced continuously since 1959. Just like the famous Eiffel Tower in Paris, the Comm ander a true legend  – a symbol of Swiss watchmaking tradition and expertise.

A chronograph for aesthetes

The Comm The chronograph has an elegance that only icons of watchmaking have. The centre of the dial is in a confident grey, which gradually darkens and turns into anthracite on the edge. The satin-brushed sunburst finish is combined with faceted indexes and a day and date display.  – all typical features of the Co collectionmm The polished hour indices, which are perfectly legible even at night, and the diamond-cut hour and minute hands are coated with white Super-LumiNova® coated. The rose gold color of the hands, indexes, date window, polished bezel and case provide a noble contrast to the dark gray dial. The faceted and domed sapphire crystal enhances the readability of the display.

The Comm The chronograph has a diameter of 42.5 mm and is therefore perfect for wearing on the wrist every day. It is available with two easily interchangeable straps: one made of dark brown cowhide leather with a crocodile look and one made of grey textile. Both are equipped with a rose gold-coloured folding clasp.

A high-precision caliber

Thanks to the transparent case back, the Comm The chronograph reveals the movement with its fine finishes that embody watchmaking tradition: blued screws, oscillating weight with Geneva stripes and the engraved Mido logo. The Caliber 60 has a chronograph function and at the same time offers an exceptionally long autonomy with up to 60 hours of power reserve. For even greater precision, the movement is regulated in 3 positions and the watch is also water-resistant to a pressure of 5 bar (50  m/165  ft) waterproof.
