Service voucher (revision) - Regular service extends the lifespan of your watch!

Oils and fats dry out at the pressure points, causing bearings and levers to run dry and potentially seize. During the overhaul (manufacturer recommendation: every 3-5 years), all components are disassembled, cleaned, defective parts replaced, and the watch reassembled with fresh oil.

What is the guarantee on watches and jewelry?

As an official concessionaire, we offer the manufacturer's guarantee for all our brands. A 24-month guarantee applies to watches, including brands such as Alpina, Certina, Seiko and Oris. The guarantee period for jewelry is also 24 months and applies, for example, to collections from Collection Ruesch, Steiner Basic, Palido and Humphrey. The guarantee covers material and manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, improper handling or damage caused by external influences are excluded.

How can you return a product and is the return free?

Yes, returns are free of charge if the product does not meet your expectations, does not fit, you have used our sample ring service or you decide to purchase a different product from our range. Watch was as expected well made . But it was the seller that made a difference . Shipped watch quickly , took care of the extra tariff in my good old USA and for that I am very grateful as I saved at least 10 percent , Other retailers from Europe doesn’t do that,
