Alpina, official timekeeper of the Freeride World Tour, is proud to launch the official watch of the tour: the Alpiner Extreme Automatic Freeride World Tour 2023. This watch features a robust stainless steel case with an imposing, sporty look that makes it the ideal companion for adventurers braving even the most demanding conditions. Equipped with a black rubber strap, the timepiece will be available for the first time in an unlimited collection. The black, embossed dial is decorated with the Freeride World Tour logo at 6 o'clock.

Extreme conditions call for an exceptional watch, and the Alpiner Extreme Automatic has inevitably proven to be the perfect companion for one of the world's riskiest and most technical competitions - the Freeride World Tour. In 16 years, the "FWT" (as it is affectionately known) has visited the world's most demanding extreme skiing and snowboarding locations, and the 2023 event will be no exception. With five stages spanning five countries (Canada, Spain, Andorra, Austria and Switzerland), it's only natural that the world's most impressive mountain challenge will end on one of the world's most demanding slopes: the Bec des Rosses in Verbier, Switzerland, where competitors will battle it out for victory between March 25 and April 2, 2023.

For the occasion, Alpina will host an event worthy of the challenge, including an entirely new location in the brand's colors at the finish of the Bec des Rosses and a dedicated area that will give fans the best possible view of the competition. This event will see the best skiers and snowboarders push themselves to the limit. To support them on their journey, Alpina has developed a watch that reflects the essence of their sport - extreme. Alpina was founded exactly 140 years ago by tireless mountain pioneers.
