Bauhaus Automatic 2162-1 – Refined and distinctive
The new Bauhaus brand is celebrating the integration of the Bauhaus building of the former VEB Uhrenwerke Ruhla and the watch assembly located there into the family-run watch company POINTtec. The building, in which the watch brands ZEPPELIN and IRON ANNIE have been produced for decades, was built in 1929 in the Bauhaus style according to designs by the famous Jena architectural firm Schreiter & Schlag. Bauhaus watches, manufactured in the company's own Bauhaus building!
The automatic models Ref. 2162-1 have a special feature with the large day display at 12 o'clock, which fits perfectly into the minimalist design of the series. The white dial, the two-tone hands, the rounded case and glass give this watch an impression of quality and elegance and make it the icing on the cake for any look. Polished stainless steel, extra scratch-resistant K1 safety glass and a movement from the traditional Japanese manufacturer Citizen/MIYOTA, which can be viewed through the glass bottom, keep the promise of the highest quality.
The watch strap is an artfully handcrafted Italian leather strap with "Bauhaus" embossing and a length of 20 cm.

Insgesamt bin ich mit der Uhr sehr zufrieden.
Lieferung dauerte knapp 1 Woche. Das ist für die Vorweihnachtszeit und die Entfernung in Ordnung. Die Lieferung erfolgte mit DPD. Zwischenzeitlich etwas verwirrend hieß es, die Sendung konnte nicht zugestellt werden und geht zurück zum Versender. Zum Glück eine Fehlinformation.
Vermutstropfen war nur, dass die Batterie der Uhr leer war.
Inzwischen läuft die Uhr problemlos.
Ich empfehle Juwelier Steiner trotzdem uneingeschränkt. Daumen hoch.
Alles bestens.
Ware wurde zügig versendet.
Paket war unbeschädigt.
Uhr sieht im Original besser aus, auf den Fotos.
Wäre schön wenn gleich ein Leder-Band als Alternative mit angeboten würde.
