The Humphrey Collier is equipped with an easy-to-use, patented push-button clasp. The collar consists of a stainless steel cable and is securely laser-engraved into the clasp. Please remove the collar before sleeping, as the cable could otherwise be damaged.

What is the guarantee on watches and jewelry?

As an official concessionaire, we offer the manufacturer's guarantee for all our brands. A 24-month guarantee applies to watches, including brands such as Alpina, Certina, Seiko and Oris. The guarantee period for jewelry is also 24 months and applies, for example, to collections from Collection Ruesch, Steiner Basic, Palido and Humphrey. The guarantee covers material and manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, improper handling or damage caused by external influences are excluded.

How can you return a product and is the return free?
