Richard Steiner, gifted musician, fine spirit, father, grandfather. Richard Steiner, born in 1922, has been fascinated by the beautiful things in life since his youth. His love of music and his exceptional ability took the young Richard all over Europe and, in addition to music, it was timepieces that particularly appealed to the jolly Tyrolean. Richard was soon able to call a large collection of classic, elegant watches his own. Beaten by historical and private strokes of fate, Richard was no longer able to pursue his passion for years, but his love for music and timepieces never died out. This is probably one of the reasons why his son Wolfgang Richard Steiner was born with a passion for watchmaking.

Inspired by his father's passion, it was now up to Wolfgang Richard Steiner to turn his love for timepieces into a profession. At a time when elegant, classic watches were on the verge of dying out, Wolfgang went his own way undeterred and learned the craft of watchmaking from scratch. After completing his training as a master watchmaker, Wolfgang went to the cradle of watchmaking, Switzerland, where he learned from the best in his field. After instructive years at the watchmaking hotspots of Lucerne and Zermatt, Wolfgang fulfilled a long-cherished dream and opened his first shop with the aim of selling high-quality products with the best service.

To this story, a story of love to beauty and the passion for high-quality products, the next generation has now entered the family business. The sons Fabian and Philipp Steiner have been completing the company for several years and live and love the time.
