FAQ
As an official concessionaire, we offer the manufacturer's guarantee for all our brands. A 24-month guarantee applies to watches, including brands such as Alpina, Certina, Seiko and Oris. The guarantee period for jewelry is also 24 months and applies, for example, to collections from Collection Ruesch, Steiner Basic, Palido and Humphrey. The guarantee covers material and manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, improper handling or damage caused by external influences are excluded.
Yes, returns are free of charge if the product does not meet your expectations, does not fit, you have used our sample ring service or you decide to purchase a different product from our range.
