Zeppelin Grace - Polymers from Plants the vegan alternative
Zeppelin presents the new program "Sustainable Planet". With this program, the brand aims to help innovative technologies, products, and companies with sustainability gain more visibility.
Thanks to over 4 years of research, the company Coronet Spa has succeeded in creating a vegan alternative to leather. This alternative is called BioVeg, which resembles soft leather in appearance and feel. The composition consists of 45% polymers (synthesized from plant oils), plus an additional 25% recycled plastic. Thus, BioVeg requires 70% less fossil resources than conventional synthetic leather, is significantly more durable, and also saves a considerable amount of CO2 emissions during production. This model is powered by a Swiss quartz movement ETA F06.111, protected by a 41mm stainless steel case with a K1 mineral/safety glass.
With the new Zeppelin ladies' model Grace, you are not only wearing a high-quality timepiece on your wrist, but also a small, yet all the more convincing piece of green high technology.
