Zeppelin LZ 126 Los Angeles Automatic 7624-3
Zeppelin Series Los Angeles pilot's watchZeppelin Los Angeles LZ126 automatic watch
In 1924, the Zeppelin LZ 126 took off from Friedrichshafen to New York as the first passenger airship to be used for long-distance flights. After just 81 hours, which was considered an absolute speed record at the time, the goal was reached. The new watch series from Zeppelin - LZ 126 was dedicated to this event.
The Los Angeles series impresses above all with its technical refinements. Inside the watch beats a SII NE88 automatic movement with 34 jewels. The watch is equipped with complications such as a chronograph, date and small second and other additional functions such as a 30-minute counter and a 12-hour counter. A sapphire-coated K1 mineral glass protects the optically complex dial. A real leather strap ensures ideal wearing comfort and so that the watch can withstand the stresses of everyday life, the watch is made of robust stainless steel and is water-resistant up to 5 bar.
