Zeppelin Los Angeles Automatic 7624-5
Automatic watch with additional functions: 30-minute counter, 12-hour counter
Zeppelin Los Angeles - automatic watch
In 1924, the Zeppelin LZ 126 took off from Friedrichshafen to New York as the first passenger airship to be used for long-distance flights. After just 81 hours, which was considered an absolute speed record at the time, the goal was reached. Zeppelin's new watch series - LZ 126 - was dedicated to this event. The Los Angeles series impresses above all with its technical refinements. Inside the watch beats a SII NE88 automatic movement with 34 jewels. The watch is equipped with complications such as a chronograph, date and small second and other additional functions such as a 30-minute counter and a 12-hour counter. The complex dial is visually convincing. A real leather strap ensures ideal wearing comfort and so that the watch can withstand the stresses of everyday life, the watch is made of robust stainless steel and is water-resistant up to 5 bar.
