The brand new Certina DS Podium Big Size Chronograph presents itself as young, dynamic and extremely sporty. The dial in particular was the focus of the design and the result was a great contrast to the solid stainless steel in the case and band area. The 44mm stainless steel case gives the watch a certain bulkiness without wearing out unnecessarily. In terms of watchmaking, a Swiss CEN quartz movement (251.264) is built on Swiss Made technology. Furthermore, the proven DS concept was also used with this model, which is based on 5 properties: sapphire glass (extremely scratch-resistant), O-ring seal on the adjusting shaft, two O-ring seals in the crown, specific seal in the case back, reinforced case back.
